General Rules for a Match
Clans may play all 3 maps on the same server if both clans agree.
The LANclub Ladder Config file must be used for all matches unless
both teams agree to other settings.
To win a match- First clan to win 2 maps is declared
the winner.
To win a map- First clan to win 13 rounds total wins the map.
Switch Sides- When 12 rounds have been played on a map, then
the teams switch sides and continue.
Players- Only Players on a clan's roster may play in a match.
Smurfing will not be tolerated. There can be a maximum of five
players on each team. If a clan shows up with 3-4 players,
they may play if they wish against the full team of the opposing
side or they may choose to forfeit the match.
Pre-match- The clans are to be given a dead round at
the beginning of each map to discuss strategies. Once teams
are ready, the match will begin.
Punctuality- If a team has not reported to the server within
15 minutes of match time, then they will forfeit the match.
Spectators- Spectators are not allowed to view matches unless
both teams agree to allow them.
Voice Communication- Any voice communication is legal and
encouraged.
Sportsmanship and Cheating
Un-sportsmanlike conduct during matches will not be tolerated. Do
not make racist or sexist remarks. Language should be clean if
requested by your opposing clan. Play nice. We are all
here to have fun.
Cheating will not be tolerated. If it is found that you are
cheating you will immediately get a forfeit and your cheating
players will be disqualified from future matches.
The intentional use of map and game exploits to give your team an
advantage during a match is prohibited. Uses of flaws in maps are
illegal as determined by the LANclub Ladder admin. Any disputes
regarding game play, exploits, cheating or tactics must be submitted
to the ladder admin, accompanied by any proof of the occurrence.
Server Crashes
In the event of a server crash, if both teams can agree upon the
remaining time and score, the map will be restarted with the
remaining time and score intact. If there is a dispute the entire
map will be restarted. In the event that a team loses a player due
to connectivity issues, (or his Mom/Dad tells him to get the hell
off the PC...LOL) the team may substitute the player immediately
with someone from their roster. If another eligible player cannot be
found then the team will have to continue with the amount of players
that they do have. Substitute players, brought in during
match, that are not eligible players, will force an immediate
forfeiture on the part of the team they were playing for. |
