To become a server admin you must:

Play on the LANclub servers regularly.
Be a regular poster in the LANclub Forums.
Receive a majority vote of acceptance from the founding admin.
Agree to live by the LANclub Admin Code of Conduct.

ADMIN CODE OF CONDUCT

Do NOT alter the direction of the game.

Do not alter the game by punishing someone at an inopportune time.

Do NOT spam Csay or Tsay.

Use normal chat if you are chatting to a friend.
Only use Csay to make announcements.
Use Tsay to talk to everyone as the admin.
Excessive use can be irritating to the players.

Never use swear words as an admin

Do NOT punish people without warning.

Except in extreme cases (cheating, etc) , do not punish (kick, slap, etc) a player without warning.

Always warn and punish those who abuse the rules.

Do not let anyone abuse our server rules.

Do not make excessive map changes.

Do not change the map within 10 minutes of a map starting unless it is voted upon.
Do not extend the map longer then it's given time limit unless it is voted upon.

Report all Banned players in the Forums.

Report all banned players Won ID's to the other admins in the forum.

Additional Admin

When one or more of the founding admin are playing, do not use your admin powers to change the map or punish players without consulting the founding admin.
If you have problems with a player, report his name and WonID in the forums. This will help the founding admin decide who to watch closer and / or who to ban.
You may not use any admin commands if you are not playing under a recognizable name.
